10 Days To Thinner, A Simple Step by Step Weight Loss Plan

Thousands of people from all walks of life have lost weight after visiting a hypnotist. Most of them had not been hypnotized prior to their first session.
Many had accepted the fact they couldn't be hypnotized (In more than 15 years, I've never found this to be the case). Even if you think you're not hypnotizable you can lose weight with this process....
You may not be aware of this but once you decide to begin a weight loss program, your subscious mind has already started working toward your desired outcome.
This process is much like standing in front of a guided rocket. Unless the program is interrupted by a change in directions, it will be difficult for a correctly programed rocket to miss its target.
So it is with your mind...and your weight loss goals. Here are a few simple steps to get you started in a new direction:
1. To lose fat quickly and permanently you want to have a clear picture of yourself in the future. Visualization, sometimes called "creative visualization," is the tool we'll use. Quality of your mental picture is not important at this point. The practice is your focus.
Go to Flickr or use magazines to gather pictures of the styles and colors that grab you. You'll want to pay attention to both your reaction and your emotional response. Stage one is to clip pictures and look at them everyday.
You'll want to find a quiet place where you can sit undisturbed for 10 to 15 minutes. Be sure to set your cell's timer so you don't miss appointments.
Start by taking 3 long....slow....deep breaths and releasing them very very slowly. Repeat this 3 times and just relax a few moments. During this period all you're going do is look at the pictures you've clipped. Do this over and over everyday or at least 3 or 4 days every week.
Commit to yourself you'll take this uninterrupted time for yourself without exception.
2. Next is your commitment, not to me or anyone else other than yourself. Let's keep it simple. Your commitment is to be non-judgemental or to use negative self-talk should you drift...or jump away from your focus on the goal.
Until your behavioral imprints have been modified, your tendancy will be to keep on doing what you've always done. It is time to change your lifestyle and your established patterns. Your eating habits and your body shape will follow once the process gains momentum.
Put your commitment in writing and keep it with you at all times. You'll want to look at it and read it at least 3 or 4 times a day.
3. Regarding dieting, three changes are all that is needed at this point. The rest will come naturally as your mind takes more responsibility for your long term patterns.
For now, add a glass or two more water to your daily intake, unless your doctor has advised otherwise.
Next...eliminate bread, in all forms, from your diet. The fiber impact of most breads is minimal, when all the other factors are weighed. Ditch the bread and about every 7 days 3 -5 or so pounds will jump into the ditch with the bread...
While we're filling the ditch, let's do it right. To your list of ditch-fillers immediately add: breakfast cereals...french fries and all fried foods.
4. Exercise...Start with something easy. When the weather is comfortable walk 5 houses away from yours and return. Do the same thing everyday and add a house. When you get to New Jersey turn around and find a mirror to enjoy looking at your new body:)
Walk at least 4 or 5 days a week. Once your doctor says you're healthy enough find a personal trainer. The Y's have the lowest membership rates and most provide someone who is certified as a trainer.
5. Read...Reading is a highly overlooked stress buster. Reading allows you to "leave the building" and venture into other worlds. You even time travel without knowing it. Haven't you dozed off a few times while reading a book? Now you know why:)
